 Reporting to the President, Jay will recruit, hire, and train sales representatives. He'll supervise and continually improve existing sales reps, and also refine and institute best practices for the in-home sales process.      "Compensation was key! The offer was $70,000 to $100,000 above what I expected. Growth potential was also important. I have been told that I will be expected to assume the VP of Sales position when company volume reaches expected levels later this year and the position is created. I was able to negotiate the establishment of a remote office close to my home. For this position I did lack experience in direct management of in-home sales people.

     "On the database side, the recruiter sites were most helpful for me.

 Ultimately, it was a recruiter that put me in touch with the company. The action plan was key for me. It kept me focused on completing tasks and keeping the process moving forward.
